Jet bounces a little in place as Laura crouches. Will grins as the dog whines in excitement and tries to lick her face. Will makes a small 'hey' noise at him, but- Jet's just not nearly as polite as Winston. Hopefully Laura won't mind too much.

"Yeah, I'd love the company. Sure Jet wouldn't mind, either," he adds, mildly sarcastic. "Let me know if he gets too rambunctious, would you? I'm not sure what sort of energy level I should be aiming for on this ship." A lot of people here seem far higher-energy than those he's used to.

He offers a hand to help her up when she's had enough time with Jet and is ready to get going. "How's the ship been treating you lately, anyway?" He's not going to mention the whole memory thing, but he knows he's been rather occupied with getting it sorted out.
